Here are a few frequently asked questions ... 

 

 How can I pay for my order ?

You can pay with a credit card - the site is secure. Or you can send an email transfer. Just choose the option at checkout that best suits you. If you choose email transfer , you can checkout and then send the transfer within 24 hours. Your order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer. The email address will be given to you at checkout if you chose that option. No password is needed. 

Note : It is possible to pay for your order at pick up . Just add a message/note when you send the order so I know not to wait for the transfer. We can arrange the details. Once ready, orders are only held for 4 business days without payment. 

** Please be aware ... there may be a delay before I receive your EMT . I check my email every weekday morning. So if it is sent on a Friday night, it will be Monday morning before I get it and can process the order. There is a (small) chance that some items could sell out in that time. It probably won't be a big issue but the possibility is there. Credit card sales are processed immediately by the server. 

What if I can't find what I want ? Do you do special orders ?

I certainly do ! Just let me know what you're looking for by email or through the Classic Hobbies facebook page. I'll let you know if I have it ( I have lots of stock that isn't listed). If I don't I'll send you a link to show you what I can get. Special orders must be prepaid. 

If you are looking for beading supplies that I don't have on the site, let me know. I am still working on posting stock. So I may have what you are looking for or I may be able to order it. I'm happy to look for you. All special orders must be prepaid. 

 What about returns ?                                                                                   

Please contact me if you have an issue with your order. I'll do my best to resolve the issue.  But , please note that all sale & clearance items are final sale. There is no return on items used for cutting. Most sales are final but we can discuss on a case by case basis. Any items to be returned must be unopened and unused. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
